It is time for me to move on and start looking towards the future. But what to do with this sites domain and hosting? The domain name that reminds me of many a manic moment and visions of grandior. Seems a shame to just drop it and theres still plenty of search engine activity and visitors at the site.

It also occured to me that it maybe time to stop trying to be who I once wanted to be, stop hiding from who I am and start accepting the disorder that i have.

So I have decided to keep this site and turn it into a mix of blog, discussion board and community for others like me who may suffer from Bipolar Disorder or other mental health issues.

If you or someone you know is diagnosed with Bipolar affective disorder hopefully you can find some comfort at this site.

Personaly I hope to use this site as a personal learning experience to research and find out as much as I can about Bipolar so that I can have a better quality of life while living with it. I also seek to know more about the disorder so that I can be there for my children should they ever start showing signs of being bipolar.

I would welcome anybody who wants to help me get the site started and especially welcome anybody that is also living with Bipolar to join, become a member and help me make this site a sanctuary for others like us.
